I saw this earlier.
How does the Low base rate effect anyones unsecured debt. Unsecured debt is as expensive (if not more so) than any time in the last decade.
So it is hardly surprising with unsecured rates going up people are still in trouble.
But we all know on this board it is only house owners who have debt.;)0 -
Forgive me if I am wrong but I thought the low interest policy was all about letting the banks rebuild their balance sheets via hefty margins rather than about bailing out borrowers?I think....0
