Hi,
I have made 2 separate orders at H&M online in the last 7 days with different account names. Last night when I tried to log in and they were having 'maintenance', now one account's disappear (says no record of email address registered/ wrong customer no.!), and the other one that's working has changed to my other account's email address!! I'm guess they are combining the accounts since same name/ postal address. But the first order I made I couldn't track anymore, it's totally disappeared - apparently it's on it way. Err.. has anyone has experience with H&M online shop??
I wasn't gonna order online after reading a few bad reviews but the items I want they aren't available in my local town. In my opinion, their service is nowhere as good as other online retailers. They charged £3.95 for delivery but it takes a week and not trackable. And the parcel must go to your billing address, which is annoying because I'll be at work! All other online retailers I use let you to have delivery at a different address!!
So just hope somehow maybe my neighbours can sign for my parcels and be it.
Anyone can share the H&M online shopping experience would be appreciated!
Thanks Thanks Thanks! x

I had the same problem - wrong customer no.!!! Rubbish. Cant access my own account. Wondering what happened to my order - was tempted to give customer service a call but was reluctant to pay for the 0845 number. I was about to give up but miraculously my order turned up via courier 2 weeks after I placed the order. It was very nicely packed - nice box!
Not sure if I'd order from them again - cant even track/view my own order.
You just have to wait - it WILL turn up eventually.
Good luck.0 -
H&M customer service landline number is 0131 524 3810 if it helps anyone. It's free from your mobile/ landline if u have free minutes!
My first parcel is due these 2 days so I'll wait and see what happens.0 -
My order from H&M has apprantly been deliveried & signed for... But my mum was home all day, so I don't have a clue where my clothes have disapeared to.
I've called CS, they are 'looking into it', its been 2 days so far... Its a bit of a joke really.
I'm a bit annoyed as the items I've ordered were in the sale, so its unlikely i'll be able to get the same items. I love H&M but the online store isn't worth the hassle.0 -
My first order had arrived, someone in my building had signed for it at left it at my flat door.
Second order is unknown. I called & emailed H&M because I couldn't log in online. They said they has sent me the password (I don't know why they changed it!!!!!) but I received nothing. So, still cannot log in. They told me on the phone though that my current order is out of stock and will become available end of dec. Therefore it will be a long wait for me.
Definitely not worth the hassle, the website/ account system is not easy to use and delivery options is not flexable. Only that in H&M the good stuff always run out very fast!0 -
I ordered 2 items mid Feb 2012 from the H&M website for my girlfriends birthday and paid for the standard 4 day delivery option. 1 of the items was dispatched and arrive within 14 days which was a few days after the birthday, no big problem though as i had back up presents! The other item failed to arrive at all and to be honest i completely forgot i'd ordered it. 2 months later i changed address and moved from my parents. Mid July I went to visit my parents and there was a package from H&M, it was the missing item! 5 months late! I quickly gave it to my girlfriend and joked about the late birthday present. A month later i went to visit again and had a few letters from H&M asking for me to pay for the item the newest letter even had a late payment charge of £7 on it. I'm totally confused as to why they have taken payment for the 4 day delivery and item 1 but not item 2 which was sent 5 months late! I'm currently trying to sort the whole mess out but it seems like there customer service is ignoring me and just giving me scripted robot like reply's.
I would not recommend anyone buying anything from H&M's online store.0 -
Take help from the customer care and ask directly about your product delivery. they will surely help you out!!!!!Retail Furniture :T0

I experienced terrible useless customer service from H&M online and now having seen many websites with complaints about them I wish i'd never bothered. Too long to go into but asos and top shop are great.0

I've just been on the phone to H&M - awful delivery service!
It's annoying enough that you can't get your ordered delivered to a store, therefore incurring a compulsory delivery charge, but you can't even track packages!
My order was dispatched 25 Nov 2013, and no tracking updates were available til yesterday (2 Dec 2013):- 02.12.2013, 15:32:00 Hours:Address provided could not be found
- 30.11.2013, 12:46:00 Hours:Address provided could not be found
- 29.11.2013, 18:03:00 Hours:Address provided could not be found
- 29.11.2013, 15:59:00 Hours:Sorry we missed you at the first visit.
Terrible service, will not be shopping online at H&M again.0 -
It is unbelievable that such a big, global retailer has such a bad delivery policy. When h&m started online sale, I thought I'd be buying online on weekly basis. After my first few orders, I gave up. As mentioned by other forum participants, I was surprised that my order arrived in stages up to two months between them. I'd forgotten what I ordered. I though I failed to check if all the items were in stock, at the time of my purchasing. I realised that it is possible to see when a specific item would be delivered, but was still puzzled, though. I accepted that. However, I cannot accept that, after two years from launching online sale, h&m still doesn't allow delivery to work address. I phoned customer services recently to ask if they would allow my parcel to be deliver to my work, if I take full responsibility and do all extra security arrangement. They refused, saying that their policy is strict on that. The person even sounded proud, as if she was telling me how good h&m is to their customers. She also said that they could deliver parcels to any other private address but not to a business address
Once before, I found my parcel next to my home entrance door!!! I wander, if the people, who set up such a "strict" delivery policy, made a risk assessment of packages being left in front of customers' houses!? Have they personal experience with online purchasing? Have they heard how other companies are doing ti? It's time for h&m to improve online shopping facility for their customers (if they are serious about it) or to close it down and make all items available in stores.0
