I keep getting letters from these people dispite writing to them with a copy of br order in Aug.
I refuse to ring them, sholud I just ignore the letters or let the or know? They are making threats to take me to court etc.
Has any one else had dealings with them as they just seem to ignore the fact that Im br.

I haven't had dealings with them but I had a similar experience with Vanquis. They were ringing, emailing and texting every day. In the end I wrote to the OR and asked them to deal with it. Seems to have stopped now :j0

I`m still getting letters from Allied....even spoke to them on the phone & they hung up when I mentioned the BR word...was still getting letters 6 months in !!
In the end everything went to the OR...heard nothing for 2 months so hopefully they got the message loud & clear.0 -
