Income Tax refund?

Is there a time limit on claiming back Income Tax?, I left the UK and subsequent employer in May 2005 and thus would have been taxed normally, I am now retired and have no intention of returning to the UK on a permanant basis (let alone working there!!).

Yes - you have until 31.1.12 to claim for 05-06.
