I want a property crash, does not mean there will be one.

  • I think everyone's bored talking about a crash now.

Didn't get past the first sentence of the OP.

    Whooooaaaa there boy:)

I bet you(and a few others it seems) would like nothing better than for those hoping/wanting/needing a property crash to go away, well forget it.
You are probably no more bored than those of us that listen too the like of you constantly bragging about "the value of your property is now".
This is a property discussion board, just because you don't like the topic is no reason for others to stop posting about it, just don't read it if you don't like it.

I would agree that there is a big case that the old bears(and i am not one of them) have now got it wrong.

And while you are on the subject can you give us all a list of what you do find acceptable

    How arrogant

I've been in this flea-pit for nearly three years and 5000 posts (for some reason). That's some serious trolling.

Only the other day i witnessed an financial advisor approach a rich chav widow i know who has a bigger shoesize than IQ about buying into a great property deal he could get her into(bless him). She purchased three flats without having a clue what she was doing, the only goal is to make her even more money and stuff everyone else, whether it will or not doesnot matter.

You made this up, didn't you?

Where abouts were you when the financial advisor 'approached' the rich chav woman? Do you know the woman? How do you know she's a widow? Did this happen in public? I've not heard of a IFA 'approaching' someone before, especially not in public.

    Spill the beans Foxy!

It's beyong belief the attitude and childishness of some people, you believe what you want to mate. And what a moronic attempt to cross question me, there is a million scenarios that could explain how and why i would know this woman.

When i use the internet i work on the basis that what i am being told is the truth, and then use a huge pinch of salt. You seem to be working on the premise that a lie would suit your dismissal of my post so thats the road you will take.

I do know this woman, and in the short time i have read your posts nothing i am going to say is going to change your futile mind, chances are you probably do believe me and just being bloody minded.

    go play with someone else.
