Less than 50% LTV Mortgages

I have just found out I'm going to be in the lucky situation of coming into some money in May next year which will bring my mortgage LTV to about 44%. Loan value will be about £128000 with a property value of £290000. Mortgage LTV is currently 76% and is at 35 year term. I plan to reduce this to a 25 year term.
Currently in a 5 year fixed (5.12%) until October 11 with a 3% ERC.
I have therefore been looking around for what rates are available for LTVs of that level and was a little disappointed. YBS are currently doing a 5 year fixed with an LTV of 75% with a rate of 3.99% - I know, amazing. I cannot find anything lower than that.
Does anyone know if lenders do better deals for LTVs that low?
