just can't get this to work....trying since last night, want the calender, after about 5 photos uploading freezes, can't input the offer code

was doing it online, now want to try with their software but the site doesn't seem to offer an option to switch....:mad:

I can confirm that Albelli are perfectly happy for the use of the first code followed by this one. Both went through using the same a/c and credit card.

It lets me get to Oct, then fails to upload more pics...

I download the software, but the file doesn't appear where I have downloaded it to!!

Wasted time getting to Oct, and it was looking so good

All I can say is 'try again?' - we have successfully submitted 3 photo albums now and it has been quite painless - we downloaded their software and used that, because it can be a hassle to upload one photo at a time to other sites.
