This is a proper high street store - and I ordered from them last year with no problems; had to return an item too which was also easy.
I never store my card details on sites if there is an option not toI smile because I have no idea what is going on

I ordered from Miss Selfridge online recently, regardless of signing up you should get an order number on the page after payment and the order number e-mailed to you and you can quote that if you have a query.
My parcel was late in arriving and I rang them up with the order number to find they used hermes for my delivery and had been left with a neighbour as no one at home when they delivered. I found their customer services are quite good to deal with and they reimbursed my P&P :T
If in doubt I check the web address - does it look legit?, see if there is a padlock symbol on the bottom of the page when it comes to paying and sounds daft but try and check customer services address and be aware of any obvious typos.0 -
Should i order by paypal or just fill in my card details0
