Hi Everyone, i am new here and looking to learn more about property investment.
I am looking to buy a 3 story house that has recently been converted into 3 self contained flats, however the whole property is under one title deed.
I have been told that i would require a commercial mortgage to purchase this property, but i wanted to check if that was the case. I am looking to let out the flats once purchased, would buy to let lenders look at this type of property or is the person that said i would need a commercial mortgage correct ?
Thanks for your Help
