Comet late delivery

I ordered a mini hi-fi for my son off the comet website on the 5th of dec with a delivery on between 7am - 6pm on the 8th dec, and it didn't arrive, no e,ail no phone call nothing explain way i didn't receive this item, emailing them is a waste of time and im loth to ring the 0844 phone anyboy have any suggestions as what i shoulld do next ? many thx Lee

All you can do is to phone them, what else do you expect anyone to suggest? If you seriously can't afford to called an 0844 number, then phone 01482 320681 and ask to be put through to customer service, cost probably won't be much different though

same here - advised delivery on parcel for friday took day off work, didnt come, phoned, told would be delivered today guess what they are now saying could be monday or tuesday - Dont they realise we work/live quite far from their stores thats why we dont have time for shopping and do it online!!!!!!!!!!!! makes my blood boil not even a blo0dy telephone call in the morning so i could have cancelled my day off work. sorry for the rant - wonder if i invoice them for my wasted day or even a refund of the delivery i'll get a rely - s'pose not!
