Letter from Halifax again **UPDATE**

Hi all,
I just recieved another letter from them after I had sent the letter before action. It says all the usual, but also states 'We will not enter into any futher correspondence regarding this matter'
Right do I still give them the 8 days left for the 14 days to be up then file the court thingy or do it now?

Wait the 8 days.
It makes you look reasonable and them even more unreasonable.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

Wait the 8 days Carli and wait for the refund. This is very normal although I can appreciate the tense wait. We succeeded in getting refunds from Halifax in the region of £6000 last month and we had a letter like yours. Keep the faith!!
