what is your meal planner for christmas week ?

i was just thinking about when i would be doing my christmas food shop, and was wondering what is on other people meal planner for christmas week ?

    I haven't worked ours out yet but we are getting a butchers hamper but will keep an eye on this thread as I could do with some inspiration.

    As we're currently planning this week, you could take a look at last year's planner for inspiration :)

    This year's christmas week planner will start on Thursday.

    Sun - Roast pork with all the trimmings
    Mon- Left over pork in asian pork patties
    Tues - HM Sweet and sour chicken and rice
    Weds - Sloppy joes
    Thurs - Fish with puttanesco topping
    Fri - Cocacola ham, mash and pies (our taditional christmas even dinne)
    Sat - Goose christmas dinner

    Very unchristmassy right up till christmas eve. i plan for the month so this was all organised at the end of Nov - mainly based on whoopsies stashed in the freezer.

    As I am working right up til christmas eve I will shop for the veg etc the weekend before (spuds, red cabbage, parsnips and carrots will keep ok - will pick up green beans closer to the day) - the goose is being picked up christmas eve, all the other bits are being delivered christmas week but waitrose
