I think you need to contact your bank. Alternatively perhaps phone Vistaprint and see if they have your order?Growing old disgracefully!0

I used them for business cards and all was well. Hope you are the same. They were also quicker to arrive than they advertised.0

Vistaprint are a well established business and provided you didn't sign up for their 'rewards' program than you should be fine. I have ordered from them many times and all went well.0

I ordered from them in them in the past with no issues, however it appears others did not tick all the relevant "opt out" boxes which meant they then got charged for being in the reward programme (as thumperrabbit mentions).
The company are not part of a scam.0 -
I order from them (always the free postage only offers) and have always found them to be excellent. Just be careful to read the boxes you're ticking.0

I use them all the time and have done for a few years and never had any problems - I do remember the problems with their reward type thing but dont know if it is still an issue - I got caught by it once but when I complained they refunded the payment and it has never happened since0

I use them about 5 times a year and I absolutely love them. Brilliant customer service and brilliant items too. I got all my wedding invitations, thank you cards etc from them and I am always getting pens and t-shirts etc as gifts.
Just got a mug for the first time and the quality is brilliant - plus the mug is larger than the ones from Truprint.
If you are concerned about whether you have signed up to anything, just contact them via the form on the site and they will tell you exactly what your account status is etc. I wrote to them after my very first order just to check that I hadn't signed up and they replied within 48 hours to tell me I hadn't.
I have no idea why people persist in calling Vistaprint a scam. They are great - they offer brilliant cashback and their customer service is faultless.Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -

If all went as it should have , you should have had a confirmation email from Vistaprint.
Do make sure what boxes you tick and don't sign up for the reward programme.0
