What about Talc? You could cover tissue in talc after using a wet-wipe, they do unfragranced talc and Lush have a few with different fragarances. Also what about Eau-de Toilete which isn't so harsh in air pressure when you spray close to skin.0

spraying is I think impossible, because I can stick my fingers / a flannel into the 'pit, but must not lift arm away from body ...Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Wilkos used to do them, but last time I looked they didn't have any. I am going into town today, if I happen to go past it I will pop in and check, coz I could do with some more myself.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

Maybe spray a damp flannel or wet-wipe with perfume, aerosol deoderant or a creme deoderant then slide into place?0 -
thanks. until now I've been stuffing a patch of silk underarm to mop up any dampness. today I wiped the silk through the talc, will see if that also helps.
at least it's not the height of summer!Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Femfresh wipes are fairly widely available, intended for the other end and not the cheapest option but they are deodorising.

Hope you're not too uncomfortable for too long
