Not from MSE but still very nice and I would like to share
December has started pretty slowly for me but got a lovely letter and a cheque from my local Cats Protection to say I had won first prize in their Christmas raffle. Never won anything in a raffle before and this is most timely. Our 18 year old cat has been to the vet repeatedly in the last 8 weeks with 2 abscesses and to have 2 lumps (spindle cell tumour) removed. Despite this he remains pretty happy - helped in part by a twice daily dose of vetagesic (an opiate;))
Big thanks to Cats Protection and to 'comping karma':)
