Hi
I have been lurking around for a while now and would like some help!
I can now see that may debt is linked to my weight. Strange I know but I am six stone over weight and I am always on a diet and off a diet, I have tried everything and my bank balance suffering for it.
I have tired every diet going and drag my poor husband along as well (he does not need to lose weight).
So I need something simple and easy and food that is normal!! I have decided that I do not want to go to any more clubs etc so am going to count calories and give my bike a dust off.
I am over the next few weeks try and plan some meals and make out a weekly meal planner.
So I am looking for meals I can count and kind to my purse and a bonus would be able to cook extra and freeze.
If anyone can help would be very grateful.

dont buy diet products/foods
stick to as natural a diet as possible with limited animal fats
maybe try bulking out dished with 20p cans of kidney beans and carrots?0 -
Lots and lots of veg, as much as you can! Check the freezer sections, the bags of veg aren't prohibitively priced and then it's always easily available (says the woman who'd eat sweetcorn for dinner given a chance)** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
**SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.
