theres been lots of talk throughout the thread about people using coupons/ luncheon vouchers/ gift vertificates, web vouchers etc to get money off your weekly shop.
the problem is, im somewhat confused as to either what half of these things are, or how you obtain these magic tokens.
could someone please educate me?

I am also confused about which coupons can be used where and how many can be used.
for example: Do Asda accept Boots coupons? Do Tesco accept HMV coupons? Does a supermarket have to stok the product that the coupon is for? Do you have to buy the product, or a similar one?
Thankyou

As far as I know, none of the supermarkets will accept coupons for Boots or HMV. The policy regarding vouchers varies from individual stores, even within the supermarket chain. In general, the supermarket must stock the product that the voucher is for.
Hope that's some help.0
