Hello my partner is wanting to start his own business and he has seen a van for sale on ebay at a really good price. But only trouble is the van is on lease and he had called the lease company to talk about taking over the lease but he cant due to his credit rating. Can he take out the lease in my name? We have been told that its not possible but surely all it matters is whos on the insurance. Please reply as i dont want this oppourtunity to pass.
