What to do with dried Banana chips & Papaya chunks

Other than eating them as they are, what else can we use Dried Banana chips for and Papaya chunks.
Either together - in baking, or use seperately.
Open to ideas.

I like to make a kind of home-made muesli with this kind of stuff: just oats, perhaps a chopped up apple, some dates/figs and the chips and chunks and milk!0

Sorry forgot to mention, I used to use this method from Jennyb (muesli), I sometimes add the dried fruit to the Alpen allready in my pantry, or even add to weet-a-bix with plain natural yoghurt.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I've actually used both in HM bread instead of nuts or sultana's using the bread machine. The banana chips I crumbled first so they were smaller pieces. If you simply think of them as dried fruit rather than banana chips and papaya, you'll realise you can use them in the same way
Muffins, cakes etc.
