I`ve had an endownment complaint lodged with FOS for last few months which started with a Consumer Consultant who in turn passed it onto a Casework Support Manager.
Now I`ve received a letter from the Adjudicator to whom it has been passed for further investigation.
Am I being over enthusiastic assuming this is good news ? Is it simply the next stage of the investigation ?
Has anyone else had a complaint who can remember who dealt with it and at what stage of the process.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
