Does Boots operate a price matching policy?

I doubt it-they'd go out of business! I worked for them a few years ago and they didnt have one in place then.

Nah dont reckon they would be able to do this with the likes of Wilkinsons and pound shops around!

I was in the Asda living store (accross the car park from Boots) and spotted Asda were selling a perfume set I wanted for a good price (can't remember the exact price but the perfume set came with body lotion, perfume and a make up bag) anyway I resisted to buy it in Asda and popped into Boots...Where I noticed they had the exact same gift set nearly £10 more. So I commented (in passing) to the SA on the perfume counter.

She asked if I wanted to buy the set cos if so they would price match it with the Asda offer! But she'd av to phone the Asda store to double check there price! So after saying 'YES PLEASE' the SA went and phoned the Asda...Came back to me and yes I got it for the Asda price plus DOUBLE BOOTS POINTS' :T:T:T

It was a very unexpected gesture that I didn't know Boots even did such a thing? The SA did explain though they could only do it because the Asda store was on the same retail park?

So dunno if the SA was wrong at doing the price match but I was certainly a very happy bunny that day.
