Merry "vodka" Christmas

Can any of you lovely people help with some inspiration for a pressie idea? For my sister-in-laws I have bought cans of vodka and mixer (vodka and apple/ vodka n cranberry) - one red and one green - seemed festive!! So thought of doing something around a Merry "vodka" christmas - but don't know what to put with it!! Any ideas?

    Potatoes? hehehe

you could open a bottle and decant into smaller bottles and add some sweets (like tutti frutti's) to make different flavours, then label them and wrap a bow around them and supply some mini cans of lemonade, irn bru, cola etc add some packets of crisps & nuts ask the pub/shops for one of the 'hangers' they have and you can recreate a wee pub kit.

Vodka cookbook? I got one a few years ago and it was great fun (although I think my flatmates and I used the wine principle when cooking - ie double what the receipe calls for and drink half...ish)
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I love these glasses, you can personalise them with name and then how they take their drink e.g "vodka and coke" or "vodka and tonic"
just wish they were cheaper- http://www.personalisedgiftsshop.co.uk/personalised-lime-and-stirrer-hi-ball.html

but if you are creative you could do your own version?

or buy a nice glass, some posh or novelty ice cube trays and some drinks stirrers? even umbrellas and a pack of glace cherries, hehe
  • A couple of years ago I gave a colleague an icetray mould that made ice shot glasses and some miniature bottles of schnapps. Google ice shot glass mould for several sources to buy.

You can also get ice trays that spell out Vodka, whisky, etc here but loads of other places sell them too.
  • Wow, thank you, so many lovely ideas!
