Hubby got another letter from Un-reliable company asking why he not sent his £7.40 agreed payment, on a Nil balance.. This was settled in september 2010...
If he gets another one, l am going to write a letter, to them, asking them to stop sending these statements/letters.. I know they will be computer generated..
When l send them a letter will include a bill, for postage, telephone, printing cost.... hassle and stress. see if that will stop it...
best luck for all who has to deal with these no so reliable Dp of JD Williams

If his account has a nil balance and no longer uses them, he may be able to request them to stop processing his data under section 10 of the Data Protection Act. I'd need to look into that more as it's been a while since i last looked, but possibly worth bearing in mind should they try this again. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
