I am now free from my fixed mortgage and automatically will transfer onto the C & G 2% above base rate variable mortgage 2.5% unless rates go up of course.
My question.
I have 38k left on my mortgage over 5yrs 11months and will be overpaying,as the C&G do not have mortgage balances online i would like to watch the balance drop on a monthly basis.
Is there a calculation chart i can use that can give me a monthly balance after each monthly direct debit payment and my over payment.
