Incident at Owl Creek

I saw this short film in the 60s and it made a deep impression on me. I would love to get it on DVD to watch again but have trawled the Net to no avail. Anybody know where to get obscure films?

You can't find it, probably because it is almost always called 'An Occurrence at Owl Creek'.

There appear to be two versions one American and one in French called La Riviere du Hibou. You probably saw the French version which was released in 1962.
Several Amazon Marketplace sellers have it starting at £10.85 including delivery. Note though that all copies are imported from North America and 'require a North American or multi-region DVD player and NTSC compatible TV' You won't have to pay import duty because the product costs less than £18.

It's also available for 14.70 Euros from Amazon France but, as I can't read French, I haven't a clue how much shipping will cost or what region the DVD is.

Thank you -- amazingly helpful.
It must have been the French version. It didn't matter at the time because hardly a word is uttered in the whole film. It really opened my eyes to what could be achieved in the cinema, following a diet of poor Hammer horrors etc.Je suis sabot...0
