The lifetime tracker with BoE + 0.58% sounds like the one I will opt for, like you say, I don't really want to be shelling out reservation fees as i don't think it will be cost effective. Some great advice there, thanks again.
BTW, it's a 2 bed terrace I have and the going rate round here is between £90-£95k, never had any CCJ's, missed payments or anything like that, as I said in the previous post, I have been somewhat lax getting a better deal.0 -
Sounds as though you should have no trouble getting that deal. It'll save you something like 140-160 in the first year, depending on how much you overpay. Enough to make paying a 99 switching fee worthwhile.0

Did the deed this morning and am now paying 5.33% as opposed to 6.24% with no switching fee, saving £15 a month which will be re-invested in the pub tonight...hic!

Nationwide tracker mortgages for remortgaging. Look in the column for the tracker duration you want and the table for the reservation fee that you want. BoE+0.58% with no reservation fee is in the second table, rightmost column.0
