i have a problem with my bank, last month when my rent money was put in I went to withdraw it and noticed it was £140 when i went into the bank they told me some company called streamline.net had taken the money and that streamline was something to do with the royal bank of scotland. This is not the case as i looked up this site and it is a web hosting site. The bank also said that because this company had withdrawn £11.41 in august they would not treat this as fraud. So i have contacted the company myself first by phone to be told they are an internet business and i was to do it on the internet. I dont have internet access at home so use my sisters and did just that, I still havent heard anything back from this company and my landlord is becoming impatient and threatening an eviction order. The same thing happened last year but it was bank charges they took and when i contacted the council who pay my rent and explained that they told me to contact the bank as when there is a payment from the council it is obviously for rent and it is against the law for them to touch it! I am at my wits end as someone has access to my bank details yet my bank are not prepared to help me sort it please please can you tell me where i stand here thank you

Hi,
Are you sure it is not streamline.com who have taken your money.
They are part of the RBS group. I used to run my own business years ago & used them for processing my credit & debit card transactions from sales generated.
It may be you have purchased something using your card, or someone may have used your details.
You might be able to contact Streamline.com direct, here are the details:
