I have not heard of them, and they don't come up in MSN or Google search.
How did they contact you? If they cold called, don't touch them with a barge pole, there is bonefide advice all over this site. Start with Martin's articles, in the orange menu on the side, scroll down to mortgages and, bob's your uncle.
Anyhow, why should you be inconvenienced by them visiting your home and disturbing your evening.

Arrr, the same site comes up when you put London and Country into a search engine here http://www.londonandcountry.com/.
I had to re-direct someone tonight on another thread to http://www.lcplc.co.uk/. If you know what type mortgage you want, London & Country (the real company - not the fakes) are excellent. Martin recommends them all the time, look at Articles in the orange menu, and scroll down to mortgages. The real L&C do not charge any fees for their services, they take that from the mortgage company; they can also get preferencial rates.
