Boots-return question

Hello!

Not too sure where to post this sorry!
I bought my Dad some aftershave for his birthday from Boots but he doesn't like it. Unfortunately I have not got the receipt. Can I still return it for a gift card instead? I have had a nosey on the website but can't find anything about returns on purchases made in store. I know where I work we will only give an exchange or gift voucher if the customer has no receipt.

Has the item been opened or used in any way, if so an exchange would be at the discretion of the staff member.

You will be able to exchange the item only without a receipt, a straight exchange in store, no giftcards etc. The item will also be exchanged at the lowest value it has been sold for in a recent time frame, so if this is less than what you paid, unfortunate!
