Method of entry:
Go to http://www.itv.com/ThisMorning/competitions (the “website”) and follow the instructions. Entrants are required to watch a video shown on the website and answer the competition entry question choosing from three possible multiple choice answers.
Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.
Competition draw date:
Within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries to the competition.
Prize:
The prize is 6 months membership at a Fitness First gym of the winner’s choosing, which must be started by February 2011. The prize also includes a Strictly Fit workout DVD.
In addition, 5 runners-up will each receive a copy of the Strictly Fit workout DVD.
