When I ordered my Sam Ubhi jewellery from the same site I have to say they were pretty slow at delivering and I was a bit annoyed at that, I was wondering if they'd even turn up. Maybe a short sharp email to their despatch dept would sort things out.

My order says delivery between 16th-24th Dec so only time will tell...

Has anyone spoken to SecretSales about likely delivery dates or had a despatch notification?

I'm thinking I may want to cancel my order if it doesn't arrive in time, has anyone experience of trying to cancel orders with them?

Yep, I cancelled some fragrance that wasn't going to arrive in time for a birthday and they were very good about it. No problems.
