HI All
Discovered some satchets of sage and onion stuffing so gonna try some chicken breasts stuffed with it. Anyone got any tips for making - any other ingredients that could be added to make it taste even nicer?
Cheers for any help.

The dried stuffing mixture is not that hot in a breast on its own as it dries the meat out terribly. You will need to presoak the mixture and up the quantity of butter/oil to counteract this.
Steaming might be the answer? other may come back with better suggestions.I had a plan..........its here somewhere.0 -
Why not try this:
Put the chicken breasts in a freezer bag and flatten them with a rolling pin. Take them out and lay them out, in the middle place the made hot stuffing and put the other flat breast on top of that. Get some streaky bacon and wrap this around the two breasts tightly. The streaky bacon has enough fat to keep the chickem breast moist.
Please in the oven until cooked. When ready to serve slice the breasts like a roast and it will have lovely layers. This always looks really good like it took ages but is so easy!Lydia
