There is an address on their website.
You could write a real letter.
Not much help to you now, but there are plenty of reviews out there. Just an example.0 -

Hi Wealdroam
Just for your information I have received my cheque today however reduced from 37 to 32 pounds but still ok due to lack of charger. I cashed it and enjoyed the shopping .Lesson learnt I have to be more cautious in the future in order to avoid such situations. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I am so annoyed with this company, I upgraded my mobile in November and then researched the best company to recycle my old phone as it was in perfect working order as I had been using it up until the upgrade. Selloldphone.co.uk was the best and offered £52. Almost 4 weeks later I have received a cheque for £10 and a 1 line message saying due to extreme water damage they will only pay £10. I even sent it recorded deliverey. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED, and it doesn't feel good, there is no phone number listed on thier website and they only send emails, they wont even phone you back.
BE AWARE AND DON'T USE THEM.
I wish I had upgraded my old phone to my Mum lol.0 -
Hi, I am having similar issues and looking for others who are too.
Please message me as trying to collect a few angry customers so that we have more clout in responding to this company.

Same experience here - took SellOldPhone.co.uk over a month to send my cheque and when they finally did it was for the £4 'non working' amount rather than the £28 'working' amount they promised me, due to 'damaged casing' - it has a few minor cosmetic scratches and worked perfectly! I don't know what else they expect from a phone that has been used? Complained and got a very short rude reply. I want my phone back as I'm not prepared to accept £4, but apparently they charge a £10 'admin' fee to return it. I am reluctant to do this, as it will cost them about £2 to post it at most so it will line their pockets even more, and I wouldn't be surprised if it never turned up at all. I am SO furious with this company, they are a total bunch of cowboys! There are hundreds of bad reviews on them on the internet, it seems that they practically never pay the full promised price for a phone and instead find any excuse possible to reduce the amount (broken casing and water damage seem to be their favourite ones). I always recycle my mobiles, and have sent about 10 others off to the likes of Mazuma etc,. all with minor cosmetic damage, and I have always recieved the full amount in the past. I am kicking myself for not checking up on them before I sent the phone off...I guess I have just been lucky in the past with other recycling companies, so it never occured to me that a company would do this. So angry and disappointed!
