Monica Grenfell is giving away 1,000 copies of her Revenge Diet book all you need to pay is £2.25 for p+p.

I can't post the link but if you go to monicagrenfell.co.uk and click on books you can select from the menu.

I know it's coming up to Christmas but I'll be needing it in the new year!! :rotfl:
