However as a goodwill gesture, I did get a £10 voucher to use on their website.

I disagree, mistakes do happen, and I think Sainsburys have been better than most company's in that they held their hands up, admitted a mistake, and then gave a very generous voucher apologise to all that ordered!

mine got cancelled too, and i got the email voucher, id rather have the funds back in my account though, i still havent got access to the amount they had marked to take, how long till i get it back?????
