Flat lease length & mortgage query

I have just received my mortgage offer but have noticed on the paperwork that the mortgage company have the length of the lease on the flat as 999 years. Whereas in actual fact it is a 125 year lease, which is shown on the contracts.
I have emailed my broker (tried to ring but am getting no answer) but does anybody think this is going to cause a big problem?
