Yes go past Victoria Square car park and stay over in the RH lanes. Past the Albert clock and come back around behind Customs House. It is above the bus station so take the wee slip lane as you are heading towards Oxford Street. It is called Donegal Quay Car Park. It does not open late though. 028 90321165 is the number to check with them

though would be handier to park here for majority of day and then move car to victoria square and its astronomical prices before it closes.

There is or was a park n ride at Great Georges St. At junction of York St as you are coming off M3 from Bangor. Directions not my strong point. Check it out on street view, you can see the car park. Cheap when i used to use it.

Thanks for reminding me about this - will be useful this weekend! :T

As far as I remember the last bus leaves town around 6.25 but they used to run later around Christmas. The Translink call centre should have details 90 666630. I'm not sure if the ticket will let you use a bus to Yorkgate as these run later.

For anyone needing directions, just follow the signs for Northside Park & Ride. If it's full, there's an overflow carpark across the road.

Just had a look at the translink website - very surprised at the lack of information. Looked at the park & ride section & also at the lists of timetables but couldn't find a timetable.
