I'm in the fortunate position of living in a house with only a couple of years to pay on the mortgage.
I'd like to buy an apartment in Cornwall and would need to fund this with a new mortgage.
I'm not in a particular rush so will 'my' apartment be cheaper to buy in 2011 or 2012?
If you really want to avoid the mil when you visit cornwall, book yourself and your partner into the poshest, comfiest hotel in the vicinity, preferably with spa on site and i can guarantee you, your wife will thank you, and you will be helping the local economy at the same time.;)Proud to have dealt with my debts.
