The same happened with the BOGOF Disney DVD's, I think most people who went ahead and placed the order and then followed up when more was taken were able to forward their e-mail confirmation and then got the extra refunded

Oh well seems taht I have been charged the full £6.99 even after Play.com asking me to fax the confirmation that states £3.49. Maybe there is still time for it to be refunded?
