Hi I was in Hobbycrafts at Maidstone the other day and got chatting to a lady there .We both agreed that although the shop was excellent for bits and bobs it was at times a bit pricey. She said that there was a site online called I think 'aboutcards' or something similar, I have searched for it but can't find it .
Do any of you know of this site or one like it .She said that it was offering a special discounted week-end this week. I have recently taken up card-crafting and tea-bag folding so am looking for a site where the costs are a bit more reasonable .When I was in Holland a few weeks ago there were lots of shops with stuff in a lot cheaper than in this country I bought some of it but am now fast running out of things, any ideas on a cheaper place to get crafty bits from .

Morning Jackie, could she have meant Mad About Cards ? Can't see anything suggesting a sale this weekend, but they do have a Special Offers page. The site also linked to Making Cards Magazine and in their project pages there is a Teabag Folding project (PDF)

Thanks Queenie,
I think she meant Madabout cards as there is a 10% off week-end this week
Cheers for finding it0 -
Mad about cards are great value and if you get on their email list they often advertise sales. Ive ordered from them lots of times with no problems. The only downside is that they have a minimum order value of £15, it can be hard to spend this much when their bits and bobs are so cheap!0

I can easily spend that, and more in Hobbycraft0
