Redundancy Payment Question?

Hopefully someone can help?
I have been working for an Oil Company for 10 years firstly employed as Agency staff for 4 years and the rest Staff Employee, what redundancy payment should i get according to years? 6 years or 10?
Also my job is based in Accounts but slowly through the years they've added duties to my position in Admin, Helpdesk, purchase ordering etc. So now what they've decided to do is make my job full time (currently i can only work PT) and said they can think about job share. But they are adding yet some other tasks to my job description. Reception cover and basically to save getting a Receptionist i have to move to the Reception desk and for them it's killing two birds with one stone. Not happy as i'm not a receptionist and have no desire to be a Receptionist. It's a quiet Reception but that's not the case! So what do i do? Getting quite stressed over it now and unsure of the way forward, it's making me dread going into work as i'm depressed!
I know for a fact they are trying to cut costs by freeing up a spare desk by bunging me on the Reception which requires to be manned - it's currently being manned by an Agency worker costing them a lot of money. So money is the issue here and i'm the one they've targeted! Also they need a full time person but i became Part time after going back to work from Maternity Leave.
