people were thinking i had a virus before, lol!

seems it must be a problem with Boots' servers then.

    8GB Ipod Nano = £169.00
    10% Discount = -£16.90
    Total to Pay = £152.10

    Triple Points = 169 x 12 = 2028 points
    Spend >£150 = 500 points
Boots Advantage points = 2528 = £25.28 to spend in Boots

    Quidco 6.5% cashback = 0.065 x £152.10 = £9.89

    Total Effective Cost = £116.93

Very tempted. Is this a better player than the last one? :D

Quidco pay 6.5% on the net cost before VAT.
Therefore you need to knock the VAT off of the £152.10 before calculating the 6.5% i.e. 129.45 net = £8.41 from Quidco

this seems a very good deal, I was going to get a G1 Nano refurb for £65, but I may be tempted to stretch to the 8gb one with all these discounts :)

    just need the 10%.

8gb /30 gb ipods does this just mean you get more songs on it or on these new ones is there video capacity?? Sorry I'm not really up on these but would like to buy one for my daughters birthday. I have been saving my points but this might be better.

    30GB Does do videos.
    ;)

    £38 odd of Boots points!!!!!!!
    Quidco cashback as well!
  • It might be worth bearing in mind that 30gb has a hard drive while the 8gb nano uses flash. There is much more potential for things to go wrong with a hard drive as I found out recently... Was going to wait till the new year but an seriously tempted doing this to get a 8gb.
