Old debt 5 years

Hi all,

I was going through some old stuff and came accross a demanding letter from a firm called Cap quest.
I had missed deferring my student loan 5 years ago and they made me pay £75 per month on interest. I am disabled and was really ill at the time so wasn't working. Dispite informing them of this they made my life a misery. Not too mention making my illness worse! I had demanding calls some with frankly threatening tones. If I was one day late they hicked the price up again.
They were relentless.:mad:
I always said when I got back on my feet I would deal with them. They terrified me at the time. Does anyone know if I would have a leg to stand on if I tried to make a complaint now.
:eek::mad:
