I can confirm that terminal bonus is only added at maturity or on surrender. However on surrender it is only a proportion of the terminal bonus. Exact calculation cannot be provided as these are market sensitive. Annual bonses are added and accrued over time. These are yearly bonses usually added at bonus declaration. Please note that terminal bonus rates cannot be guaranteed and can be changed or remove at anytime without notice.
