Doesn't apply to 'perfumes and tolilet waters'. But "Neither customs duty or excise duty is chargeable on perfumes and toilet waters". So that's OK. And import VAT only applies for quantities in excess of 50 gms of perfume or 0.25 litres of toilet water. I imagine that a free sample would be well within those limits. So again no problem.0 -
