hi can any one tell me if i can cliam money back from barclayscard.
when i was working i had a barclay card i was paying it all right.
but due to bad helth i cannot work now and i am on the sick.
i rang barclays to let them know what happen and to reduce my payment they said they would and stop all the interest but when i got statement in they were still putting interest on
i rang them up and they said they do not stop the interest. and told me if i can not make the proper payment i should go the c.a.b.
i went to the cab and they make a expenditure sheet i give it to barclays and they won't accept it been going on for 5 months now they ring every week for money i told them money doesin grow on trees.
i got statements and they r charing me late payment charge. over credit limit charge and interest i never used the card for months i cut it up.

can't really give you any advice all i can say is when i lost my job i rang barcalycard up told them i was on JSA they asked me how much i can afford to pay and siad that will be fine for 3months(think it was £20 a month) so not sure why they won't offer it to you.0

Barclaycard for me have been the easiest to deal with-they offered to reduce my payments and freeze the interest for 6 months.Not sure why they won't do it for you
