Can anyone supply a link to a mortgage calculator?
Am I right in thinking where the mortgage repayment is capital and interest that although the monthly payments are likely to be the same(on a fixed rate mortgage for example) there will be differences each month in how that total amount is made up i.e as each month's payments are made the amount of capital and the amount of interest will vary slightly albeit the total repayment will be the same.
