Nope, but it depends how far you want to take it. You can sue them for 'loss of bargain' in the small claims court but you would have to prove you thought it was a genuine price, I believe.I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!0 -
Thanks for that - think I'll keep this going as I thought this was the real price at the time!he's not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy !0

Dear Customer
I am writing to you regarding you recent purchase of tickets for the upcoming Meatloaf concert that were booked at the incorrect price of £3.75.
We have taken on this and as was a genuine error on our part in that the decimal place was in the incorrect place, we are within our rights to request the additional monies from our customers or to offer a full refund of the booking.
A recent legal case for a similar incident in the European courts ruled in favor of the business as the error made in the pricing was deemed to be a genuine mistake.
I would be grateful if you could therefore confirm that we can take the additional costs from the card used in your booking or if you would like your booking refunded.
Kindest Regards
Paul Mc Laughlin

yeah right ! you thought Meatloaf really was playing for about £10 a ticket - costs more than that to watch my daughter prance around the stage at the theatre (she is good though ;-)
