I managed to fall over 7 times taking DS to school this morning, so a gentle flying day here as my poor bottom and pelvis aren't very happy. Baby is wiggling about as usual so I'm not worried about him, just my poor bottom!

Got to head back out for DS nativity this afternoon but I'll be sensible and go in a taxi I think. The roads are perfectly clear, just the paths are solid sheets of ice!

Think I will do a HHC now to get myself moving, will aim to do level two of the kitchen and then finish off by hoovering and mopping to complete level one. Living room will all be done by the time I go to bed tonight so I can put the decorations up tomorrow :j

See you in half an hour...

    Good morning everyone.
I can't believe I slept in until quarter to 11! This never happens.
Another clear and cold day here. The snow is falling off the roofs of the buildings around us, which is pretty scary for people walking underneath. Yesterday it brought a slate down onto someone's car. We live on a street with very high, old Victorian buildings, with shops underneath them, so it gets quite busy sometimes. Yesterday was punctuated with squeaks/screams as the snow slid off, or as large icicles fell off the gutterings. DH spent four hours with the shop keeper next door but one chipping away at the two inch ice on the pavement as it was lethal, and no sign of the council scrapers. One poor love slipped as she came out of Boots and hit her head, and I'm sure she wasn't the only one.
Nightmare journey through to Perth for light treatment. Freezing fog all the way there and back. I should have just turned back when I saw it but I was too stubborn. Still, I did get to MrM's which actually had provisions. Our MrT's looks like it usually does on Christmas/New Years eve. No fresh food anywhere, and tumbleweed in the aisles.
Hope everyone is warm and <<hugs>> to the poorly ones.
    I'm off for a list.....
    xx

    Afternoon all

I've done the bedrooms today. DH and I have today and tomorrow off work but he had to get up early to take the car to be MOTd and serviced today and I bet he'll lie in bed tomorrow, so I thought I'd best do that today.

Hope everyone's OK. Freja looks lovely Pigpen :)
