6,401 posts Hamish in less than 2 years! Always the same crap about how your house is worth more each day. Scanning the internet all day for links to 'prove' you are right. House prices will drop and you are very sad...... facts.

HPC has been really humiliated lately. I'm glad to see them wiped out.

The housing market and the economy are held together by printing money and governments buying their own bonds. The euro is collapsing and Germany knows it so let's see how long that lasts. If Ireland does default UK banks will fall again. Either way the Western economies are held together by excessive debt and will fall soon. Don't cheer for house prices too soon.

I love the concept that using reference material do back yourself up is "sad".

Maybe we should just post monkey pictures as our evidence instead.

5 years and 24,500 posts, but he finally got it right.

Unsurprisingly, the mods have buried the thread in an obscure sub-forum....;)

And now it's time for the HPC apologists and recovery deniers to get all frothy and try and divert attention from the topic at hand in....

Sure, but on average they're falling. Why are you having a problem admitting that?
Do you not see that you simply are the reverse of brit if you have a problem with it?

I don't, never have done. The average across the UK doesn't mean much to me personally, that's all. It's this reason I can't understand why people like brit celebrate in the monthly threads when the area they live in is still increasing.

Edit: In fact I said they would drop around now months ago.

I only ever read mental HPC stories people link on here.

I don't think people on here realize that Gloomy and some of the others on here are actually HPC nutters. In fact the worst types as well. They joined here because they want to upset homeowners.

Now they have been smashed I'll probably move on. My work is done. They upset me a few years ago and I hurt them back. If anyone else on here feels miffed by them please let me tell you the way to ruin them the most.

No point posting on here or HPC saying your bit. Small audience and they know it. What they detest is people commenting on national newspaper house price stories.

They scan the daily news and link any good news/bad news house price articles. Then they gang up posting all negative comments trying to sway Joe Publics opinion.

As most homeowners are not that interested in house prices unless they sell these stories used to seem full of people only wanting a crash.

Once I saw what was going on I went on a mission. I hit the comments with my views that most of these people were Bingo callers and everyone saw the light. Now the comments are full with both sides of the debate and the nutters outed.

HPC has another level that normal members cannot access. Mods room.

The fella I used to work with was one of the first members. He was allowed in there and showed me when he lost the plot with the site.

It was an eye opener to me. A group of more vile people you will never see. I was always mentioned in despatches. :rotfl:

Now they have been busted up. End of story.

I thought you`d already done that.

Anyway, if your life is so good, why bother with them? As you`ve previously stated, you look after yourself and your family above anyone else, so why wish harm to others ? Seems a bit vindictive to me.

    Probably because it is entertaining
